Molly Swank has been working in community organizing, mobilizing, and engagement since 2008 when she joined the Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin team in Milwaukee, WI. Molly earned two Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and went on to earn her Masters of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Before joining CCP, Molly worked with the Planned Parenthood family for over 13 years and has extensive experience in nonpartisan voter education and engagement, legislative advocacy, project management, and nonprofit management and strategy. Prior to moving to New Mexico, she served as the Director of Community Engagement with Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains and worked with the PP organizing teams in Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Wyoming. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty with the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Denver.
Molly moved to New Mexico in 2020 with her husband Ben and their black lab mix, Bertie. Since moving to Albuquerque, their family has grown by one rambunctious puppy named Fanny. You can find Molly and her family out in the mountains most weekends, playing pickleball, or frequenting some of Albuquerque’s best breweries.
