Isaiah Torres is the Statewide Policy Manager at the Center for Civic Policy. He was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and holds a bachelor’s degree in government from New Mexico State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public policy at the University of New Mexico. Most recently, he served as a fiscal analyst at the Legislative Finance Committee in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He serves as a board member for PB&J Family Services, and has held other leadership positions, including President of the College Democrats at New Mexico State University.
